FindMyGuestList is provided as a service for night club & entertainment venue owners and managers to promote guest lists online. There are 3 main users on FindMyGuestList, all users are FREE to register. Venue owner registers the night club, under each night club promoter can sign up. Promoters are free to sign up. Once signed up a promoter can create guestlists with multiple night clubs provided they are given the night club ID by the venue owner and authorised proceeding the sign up. The promoters then create the guest lists under a night club. It is the promoters responsibility to promote the guest list via any media such as email, twitter, facebook or instagram.

The 3rd type of user is the general public wanting to add their name to the guest list. The users are FREE to sign up and search for guest lists. When a user have found a guest list they want to add his/her name a nominal fee of $1.99 is payable via PayPal. This ensures that the name is added to the guest list under the promoters name. On arrival at the when the user can line up on the guest list queue and mention the promoter name to verify the guest list entry.
